About the studio
The Organized Forge is a one-person studio in Florence, Italy, making printable games and tools for the people who run game nights.
Why it exists
Whoever runs the game usually does the most work and has the least fun. They draw the map, write the clues, print the place cards and spend the evening looking things up.
The studio started from that problem. Most titles in the catalog began as material made for real tables: a prep sheet that saved an hour, a deck of cards that stopped the rulebook from coming out, a party kit that let the host play too. Each one was then rewritten, laid out and tested so that someone else can print it and use it the same evening.
Everything is sold through our Etsy shop as an instant download. This site is where the whole catalog lives in one place, with the details you need before buying.
How we work
- Usable mid-gameRules, tables and prompts are laid out to be read in a few seconds, in the middle of a scene, without stopping play.
- Solutions stay sealedMysteries and escape rooms keep culprits and answers on host-only pages. Product pages and articles never reveal them.
- Printable at homeSizes, margins and printer-friendly versions are checked so the files print cleanly on an ordinary home printer.
- No inflated claimsNo countdown timers, no invented reviews. The rating you see is the one on Etsy: 4.7 out of 5 from 40 reviews.

How a title is made
- It starts at a tableA rule we kept looking up, a party that needed a theme, a quiet evening that needed a story.
- Write, then cutText is written to be read aloud and at speed. Anything you would skip during play is removed.
- Lay it out for paperReadable type, clear hierarchy, room to write, and art that sets the mood without hiding information.
- Read it through as the hostRounds, clues and timings are checked in order, the way a host would run them, to catch gaps and accidental spoilers.
- Keep improving itMessages and reviews are read carefully, and files are updated when something can be clearer.
